Follow them on social media for their schedule. The best food from a taco truck that I have ever had. Great chicken tacos with birria. They sell out so don't wait until they are about to close. There are a couple of tables under the shelter if you want to eat right after you get your food.

We got there & they didn’t have what we wanted even though the advertise it, cool, we get birria pizza but I said only half with onions, there was purple onion on all of it, bits & pieces bc they rushed, & then they give us drinks with barely any ice so they’re not even cold, this food truck is overhyped (Here’s me replying back- You say I snatched it, another lie, I took y’all’s word and I bit into onion, another lie, you said you tried to fix the problem but instead of listening to me, you just hand the box to me, so another lie, safe to say I regret ever going here.)

Something has changed. My fiancΓ© stopped and picked us up some Birria tacos a couple days ago and they were not that great. The flavor was off and they looked like they were barely put on grilled. I’m not sure if they changed cooks or what but they definitely are not like they were a few months ago.

I do not know about the rest of the food but personally I do not recommend y’all trying the Birria Ramen is honestly too salty and the consistency is too dense sorry but y’all don’t know how to cook Birria like at all ! Plus the Birria shouldn’t have the seasoning that comes in the Tapatio Ramen cup because it kills the original Birria flavor , the noodles are supposed to be cooked with the Birria broth or soup however you wanna call it, the limes were very dry and only 3 Slices of radish ?! Come on now!

We have been trying to go to this food truck that now parks at 411 Waughton Street and we finally made it this week. They are in a private parking lot that has a shelter and benches so you can stay and eat there. We opted to eat in the car because it was cold. They sell out almost every day and have different items offered at times. We lucked out because one of those items was the Stuffed Cheeto Balls. They come with a dipping cheese that goes perfectly with the Birria meat stuffed Hot Cheetos crusted balls. To die for! We also got the Birria Tacos and the Birria Egg Rolls which were by far our favorites. That’s right Mexican Egg Rolls! This food truck is one of the best at the moment. Their Birria meat is obviously their bread and butter, and literally the taste is like melted shredded meat packed with spices and flavor in every bite. There are always people coming and going and a lot place orders ahead, which is smart. You will have to wait, they give you a notification vibrating gadget so you k ow when your food is ready. Prices are a bit steep or else I would visit more often. And don’t forget a refreshing bottled drink or a homemade strawberry lemonade. It’s a great laid back
